Order information you provide: name, email, shipping address, items ordered, and chosen payment method. Technical information collected automatically: IP address, browser type, device, and pages viewed. We do not collect or store full card numbers — card payments, where offered, are handled by a third-party processor.

To process and ship orders, send order and payment confirmations, provide support, prevent fraud and misuse, meet legal obligations, and operate and improve the Site. We do not sell your personal information.

Only with service providers needed to run the business: our fulfillment supplier (to ship your order), payment processors (to take payment), email and hosting providers, and analytics — each only to the extent needed. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights.

Card details are entered directly with our payment processor and are never stored on our servers. Crypto and wire payments are identified by your order ID; we retain the transaction reference you provide for reconciliation.

We use essential cookies to run the cart and checkout, and may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand site usage in aggregate. You can block non-essential cookies in your browser.

We keep order records as long as needed for fulfillment, accounting, tax, and legal purposes, then delete or anonymize them. You may request access to or deletion of your personal information, subject to records we must retain by law.
