Terms of Sale

All products are sold strictly as research reference materials for laboratory, analytical, or in-vitro research use only. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, dietary supplements, or medical devices, are not approved by the FDA, EMA, MHRA, or any regulatory authority, and are not for human or veterinary use, consumption, or administration of any kind.

You must be at least 18 years old and a qualified researcher (or an authorized representative of a research, academic, or commercial laboratory) to purchase. By ordering you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and affirm them at checkout.

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion, including for suspected misuse, prohibited jurisdictions, payment risk, or stock availability. A confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance until payment is received and the order ships.

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We accept card (where available), Bitcoin, Ethereum/USDC, and bank wire. Crypto orders may receive a stated discount. You are responsible for any network, exchange, or wire fees. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.

Products ship from our supplier with tracked delivery. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier. For international orders, you are the importer of record and are responsible for all duties, taxes, customs clearance, and compliance with local law. We make no representation that any product may be lawfully imported into your jurisdiction.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your purchase, possession, import, and use of any product comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws, regulations, and institutional policies. You will not resell, relabel, repackage, or distribute any product for human or animal consumption or for any use prohibited by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, products are provided "as is" and we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and identity or purity beyond what is stated on an accompanying certificate of analysis, where provided.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PeptaRx is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount you actually paid for that product. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PeptaRx and its owners, employees, and suppliers from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your handling or use of any product, any use of a product in or on a human or animal, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

We may update these Terms at any time; the version in effect at the time of your order applies. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. These Terms incorporate the per-product disclaimers, Privacy Policy, and Refund & Shipping Policy by reference.
