Refund & Shipping Policy

Orders are processed once payment is confirmed and typically dispatched within 24–48 hours from our supplier. You'll receive tracking by email once your order ships. Crypto and wire orders ship after the payment clears.

We ship worldwide with tracked delivery. Delivery times vary by destination and customs. For international orders, you are the importer of record and responsible for any duties, taxes, and clearance. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or carriers.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or doesn't arrive, email orders@peptarx.com within 7 daysof delivery (or expected delivery) with your order ID and photos where relevant. We'll replace the item or refund it — our choice — at no cost to you, including return shipping where a return is needed.

Because these are sensitive research materials, we generally cannot accept returns of correctly-fulfilled orders once shipped, for quality and safety reasons. Problems covered by Section 3 are always made right. If you believe your situation warrants an exception, contact us.

You may cancel for a full refund any time beforeyour order ships — email us with your order ID. Once dispatched, an order can't be cancelled but is covered by the protections above.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method where possible. Card refunds post in a few business days; crypto refunds are sent to a wallet address you confirm; wire refunds are returned by bank transfer. Network or processor fees may be deducted where unavoidable.
